The Royal Nanking Cuisine

Welcome to Nanking Asian Fusion, the premier choice for Indian, Chinese, and Thai cuisine. We offer our guests the experience of the hospitality of this ancient city of China! Nanking is a city about equal distance from Canton and Peking. In 1842, after Nanking was captured by the British, Sir Henry Pottinger signed the Nanking Treaty. What followed thereafter was an era where many places to eat opened up for visitors to enjoy the hospitality of this region. The food was modified to suit the palette of the visitors and entice them to come back for the cuisine. This "Fusion" cuisine became very popular.

It is our endeavor to bring you the same historical "Fusion" taste and hospitality from ancient China. Continuing with the same authenticity and keeping in mind the tastes of our valued customers, we now also serve royal traditional Indian cuisine.

To ensure our Indian cuisine is as healthy as it is delicious we cook our meat, fish vegetables and bread in a Tandoor Clay oven. The result: food that is moist and tender and infused with a wonderful, freshly baked and grilled flavor. Nanking offers an Indian, Chinese and Thai fusion selection that is a truly unique experience that everyone should enjoy. We extend a very warm welcome to you and will make every effort to make your visit or event enjoyable and memorable!

Our cuisine is all about bringing the authentic "Fusion" cuisine typical of Nanking to our customers. We strive to provide the same hospitality, and high quality foods that a visitor of ancient China would have experienced. We have also updated our menu to include various dishes from Indian and Thai cooking, to stay up to date with the tastes of our customers.

It is our goal to serve you with the utmost service and hospitality. When you dine with us, our staff will give you the feeling of being in ancient China, and enjoying the full flavors of our intricate and delicious cuisines with impeccable service.

The rooms at our Nanking restaurant locations are all about transporting our guests back to ancient China, to help them experience the full royal feeling while they enjoy our mouth watering delicacies.
